The truth about panic attacks is that it does not only happen once. For different people, the frequency of these attacks could be more that others and vice versa. If you have frequent panic attacks then this could be a sign that you are suffering from a disorder. It is also possible that you might suffer from terminal illnesses if you do not ways to prevent them. In order to treat this, it is best that you are able to know more about the different panic disorder symptoms because knowing that this does means that you can find a way around it.

Take note that there are only two categories for where these symptoms occur; known as psychological and physical symptoms. Before jumping into conclusions, it is best that you are able to determine whether you are experiencing cardio problems or not. Since panic attacks are usually mistaken for heart attacks, it is still better that you are able to distinguish the two from each other.

When a panic attack strikes, the first things you will feel are physical symptoms. This means that you will start experiencing shortness of breath, tingling sensations all over the body or numbness, hyperventilation, chest pains, heart palpitations, uncontrollable sweating, nausea, shaking, dizziness, hot or cold flashes, and other signs of discomfort. You may feel all these symptoms during an attack, or a combination of these.

Emotional or psychological symptoms of this disorder is when you feel detached from your surroundings and even have fears of losing control, going crazy, and dying. If attacks become frequent, you may develop anticipatory anxiety wherein you will be constantly worrying about when the next attack will take place, or also phobic avoidance wherein you will be avoiding certain places where you have experienced an attack before, or where you feel you won’t be able to escape if an attack occurs.

When you feel that you are suffering from this disorder it is very important that you are able to take action to treat it. If you suffer from this condition you will be prescribed certain therapies accompanied by medication. You may also use natural treatments for this as it is also a good way to prevent the attacks.

Learning about the different panic disorder symptoms is important if you feel that you are suffering from this condition. Don’t be a victim of this disorder by understanding it properly so that you can fight it completely. The sooner you treat it, the sooner you can live life normally again. You don’t have to let this problem take over your life.
