The most important thing to consider is how it applies to that particular person. Every person has their own individual way of how they respond to severe trauma. Even though there is quite a bit known about reactions, how someone will embody them is unknown. An example of two different types of reactions are the immediate responses and symptoms to extreme stress and responses and symptoms to extreme stress that are highly delayed. There are also people who show few signs or negative reactions to the same conditions. We must say that its a varied scene when dealing with extreme stress.It is complicated to try to offer any universal form of treatment to assist a person dealing with extreme stress. Everything depends on what event happened to create the stress. On top of that, some events can be seen as being higher or lower on the stress scale among individuals. Perhaps for an individual, the extreme stress may result in excessive feelings of fear. It is unfortunate, but it can often take a very long time to get over the feelings of fear, and some people are never able to get totally past them. Extreme stress and the variety of reactions it can produce is why it is such a complicated issue. Getting qualified professional counseling is what we feel is the best action to take in any given situation. Communicating with those that have shared experiences is one way of handling particular types of trauma and the stress that comes from it. This association is often called a support group and some people can find them valuable. A support group type of environment is not meant for everyone. A benefit of a support group is they can be very helpful for those who find themselves with limited resources or other types of personal support. The immediate environment may not have the personal support of family members or close friends.A key element when dealing with extreme stress and its various responses is having patience with the healing process. Healing takes time, so it necessary to be patient.There will be feelings and emotions that happen because of the trauma and it is important that you let yourself experience them. Just as it is important to talk about your feelings or the experience, in some comfortable way, it is similarly important that your emotions be expressed in a healthy way. There is a great potential for coping difficulties if emotions and feelings are suppressed. The approach to dealing with extreme stress is very different when dealing with children, teens or adults. The best route for any age group, but especially for young children is professional treatment. Additionally, adults and teens might need to seek ongoing support for some time depending on what kind of trauma they suffered. No matter what kind of case, a personal support system made up of good friends and family will play a positive and major role in the recovery.If you are sure that your stress levels are much too high, then you must do
