A panic attack is often called a panic attack can be a horrible experience. Symptoms of anxiety attacks can be very confusing, as is often the person has no idea why her body responded the way it is. Usually an anxiety attack begins with a foreign body sensation in the list above. The person reacts with fear that the symptoms indicate a more serious threat and, in turn reacts with more fear than degenerate into a state of high anxiety. A vicious circle of anxiety and fear can begin.
