Panic attack can happen to any person of all ages though it mostly occurs between the ages 20 to 40. Panicking at situations is normal reaction of our body to any stressful situation. Panic attack comes when we take extreme amount of pressure. The attack comes suddenly and can happen without warning. anxiety attack symptoms are extreme feeling of fear, other than that there are many physical symptoms like chest pain, rapid heartbeat feeling weak or nausea, dizziness, abdominal discomfort, fearing of losing control, having hot flushes or feeling chilled and shaking heavily. People often mistakes panic attack symptoms with heart attack. The average duration of anxiety attack is 10 minutes to half an hour.

There are many more anxiety attack symptoms which are listed below:-

- Pounding chest- Sweating profusely- Difficulty in breathing- Feeling of numbness- Extreme feeling of horror- Hyperventilation- Headache- Dry mouth- Feeling detachment from oneself- Feeling of dying- Feeling of out of breath- Dreamlike sensation- A need to escape- Nervousness

Most of the sufferer experiences few of these symptoms but whatever the experience is, it is definitely not amusing. Panic attack symptoms are very confusing and leave the victim with the feeling of anxiety.

We need to make sure the anxiety attack is not left untreated for a long period of time. Panic attack can trigger many other disorder or phobias which can be far more devastating. We need to make sure a panic attack does not grow out to be panic disorder. Panic attack symptoms can be treated with medicine but this could turn out to be a habit. If the medicine decreases you might feel the problem arising again so it is advisable to consult a doctor before following any medication. There are many home made remedies and self help that does not require any medication. Many medications might cause side effects. The best way to follow is some natural way of relaxing your mind. Many therapy helps in curbing your disorder. Medicine along with therapy could be very effective in coping up with panic attack symptoms.

Things you can do to prevent panic attack:-

1. Drink a lot water, it helps relaxing your cardiovascular system2. Exercise regularly- it keeps your body and mind fresh3. Try to reduce or eliminate stress and anxiety from your life. Take time to relax.4. Practice breathing exercise it helps lowering down your heart beat5. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and refined foods- it is not healthy for your diet6. Many medicines and stimulants contains chemical which triggers panic attack try and avoid prolong use of it.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is very important cure to the disease. Make sure to have some time to spend with yourself and with friends or families. Make sure you have fun once in a while. Try and organize your life especially if you
