The depression is the most prevalent health disorder these days. The feeling of depression varies from sadness, misery to utter dejection. It is found to be the most difficult disease to cure than the physical one. The busy and hectic lifestyle has made people with little time left to rest and enjoy. As a result they are full of mental stress and strain.

The major symptoms noticed at the time of this ailment are extreme sadness, fatigue, lack of interest, disturbed sleep, loss of appetite, itching, giddiness, agitation, nausea, impotence, pains and aches over the body. The severe cases of depression could be noticed as low temperature of the body, hot flushes, low blood pressure and shivering.

How to cure depression without medication using home remedies:

Apple: Apple is the most valuable and nutritive fruit to cure problems related to depression. It is advised an apple should be taken with honey and milk everyday for beneficial results. It proves to be an effective nerve tonic for the body.

Cashew nut: Cashew nut proves to be a valuable remedy for general weakness and depression. It helps in keeping the body cheerful, energetic and active. It is advised to eat few cashew kernels daily for beneficial results.

Asparagus: To cure depression effectively, it is advised that two grams of asparagus powder should be consumed one time a day for beneficial results. It proves to be good tonic for the brain and nervous system of the body.
